Overview
Your package will be delivered within 2-7 working days(for Local Orders) after you place an order. We use premium courier services for all shipments.A signature may be required on receipt of the parcel.If no person is available at your address to take the delivery of the parcel,the carrier will make 2 more attempts to deliver the parcel.Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
Royal Heritage is not responsible for any variance in colour or texture that might occur due to digital display on computers, phones,tablets ,etc.Therefore products cannot be returned or exchanged for this particular reason.
Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges

We will not be able to fulfill any return or exchange requests in some cases,including the following:
- The Product is not in its original form ie(tags,labels,packing or accessories are missing)
- Product is defected because of use.
- The time allowed for exchange/return has expired.
After our team reviews the product and approves your request, you will be offered an exchange equal to the price of the returned product.
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchange your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are exchange more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
No product/Item ordered online can be exchanged at any authorized Royal Heritage Retail/Distributer outlet.

Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item was purchased in the last 3 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product isn’t used or damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer).
- Processing Time: Please allow 15 to 30 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor’s policies.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made or personalized fabric orders.
- Items on clearance or “Final Sale.”
- Products that have been cut, washed, or altered from their original state.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team immediately with photographic evidence of the damage.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return policy will apply.
